DENVER BRONCOS
The Broncos used their first pick to land a player many believed was the second-best tackle in the draft. The surprise here is that Denver didn't go defense first, for there were times in 2007 the Broncos couldn't slow teams down. Then again, Denver always commits to the run game first. The selection of Virginia Tech's Eddie Royal in Round 2 might have something to do with the bizarre off-season injury to Orlando's Brandon Marshall.
