A Few Broadcasting Questions

I was born in Norman, OK, but I haven't lived there since I was 5 years old. I live near Wichita, KS and sometimes if an OU game doesn't air nationally, then I don't get it.

Does anyone know a website where I can at least listen to the game for free if it isn't aired nationally or on FSN?
