In real life, have you ever seen/met a famous athlete? If so, who?
I never have. But I know someone that said they saw Jason Kidd at Six Flags and another person that saw John Madden in NYC.

Have you ever met/seen a favorite athlete?i have had the privledge to meet quite a few atheletes.here in Pittsburgh they have a charity dinner called the Dapper Dan awards and I met jack ham,joe greene, let's just say a lot of Steelers from the glory days. But the most down to earth guy i met was Willie Parker his rookie year.Undrafted and was glad to be on the team. Then I met him again a year later at an other charity event and the man was as humble as ever. Just an all around great guy. |

Have you ever met/seen a favorite athlete?I am a huge Mets fan and when I was in high school, I had the opportunity to talk with Lance Johnson and Bernard Gilkey before the team conducted their annual Winter Caravan at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan. I walked right beside Todd Hundley on the way into the building. On another occasion I got Hundley's autograph as well as one from Bobby Valentine, John Olerud, Butch Huskey, Rey Ordonez, Pete Harnisch and a couple others. I was a vendor at Shea in high school at the time, and often arrived early during batting practice and warmups. That was a great summer. The Mets as a team were on their way to being decent back then. Best infield in baseball. |

Have you ever met/seen a favorite athlete?....best infield in baseball at the time. I have to make sure I put that in there before I catch a lot of flack. Oh, I almost forgot...at my first ever Mets game, I got Charlie O'Brien's autograph. That may not be saying much now, but at the time that was the greatest thing to ever happen to me as a Mets fan. |
