Ski reports

Hey again CSF, my friend!!

Really interesting data you published here.  I'm sure it will be very useful for those going skiing and traveling through the mountains.

Which ski area is usually the last to close each season, and when generally is that?  Seems years ago it was Arapahoe Basin,  And which one usually gets the most snow over an average season?

Ski reports

Hey WUs!! Always great to see you!!

Arapahoe Basin usually closes around the 4th of July. They are considering snow making equipment that would allow then to stay open all year.

Some others, like Loveland, close while they still have plenty of snow but no business. (mid to late June)

Vail must close by late April as the elk migrate into the back bowls to give birth.

Wolf Creek and Teluride often get more than 350" of snow per season. That is a LOT of snow.

Thanks for asking.
