AI -- still dominates, 11 years in.. Amazing that he's not a 3 point threat really and he plays below the rim, and still teams can't stop him. One of the most dominant players ever and the best small guard ever. I wish he could get Melo to play as hard as he does

AI and Kobe are great, but look at what CP3 is doing this year. Simply amazing. He is carrying that team. By the way, his teammate David West is the most underrated player in the league. I'm not a Hornets fan, but I know talent when I see it.

LeBron. Whose numbers are close? 30 ppg, 7-8 boards/dishes, 2 steals, 1+ blocks, shoots 3's, etc. Kid is good.

The best player in the league is Tim Duncun. I hate the Spurs, but you can't argue with success. The best player leads his team to championships. If it was all about numbers, Jordan would have 10 rings, Kobe would have 8 and LeBron would have 3. It is all about winning.................................

lebron james and kobe are both greats and no question future hall of famers but the i strongly believe AI is the best there is, he had been the heart and sole of Philly for years and even got them to the finals, he has great ball handling skills and can pass the ball off better then both lebron and kobe put together, also lebron has shown some inconsistency and not the best clutch shooter when the game is on the line, and kobe still cant seem to get a playoff series win without shaq holding his hand

Dude championships are a measure of great teams not great players...u cant single out Duncan on the Spurs roster...what about Parker and Ginobli...and all the veterans they have like Horry and Finley...Tim Duncan is a great player but not the best...great players are measured through personal achievements...I would say Kobe is the best...hes got the skills and the mentality necessary to be the best and he shows it on the court night in and night out...Iverson is definitely an amazing player and Lebron has a bright future...but i still wouldnt compare either to KOBE BEAN BRYANT

Terminator, you are dreaming. The one constant with the Spurs is Tim Duncun. There are many great players without rings of playoff experience. Manu, Parker and the rest are all good players. You know and I know the Spurs would not have the rings they have without Duncun. Tim Duncun is the most well rounded player in the NBA. Greatness is achieved through being the team leader, and winning, period. Kobe is a great player, but has won nothing since Shaq left town. Duncun has won championships with many different players. Kobe is a hall of fame player, but I will be you a $100.00 he will never ever find himself in the Finals. Winning is the everything, its the only thing.......

Kobe is the best player in the game. He can make a shot from any where on the court unlike L. James. Kobe is also a good defender and he is the player that most people want to have the ball in his hands at the end of the game.

LaBron James and Brandon Roy. Next year and for years to come Greg Oden will be the best and most valuable.

This year so far I have to say Amare!! If he would stay out of foul trouble he would be even better. Kobe is good but still the most hated player in the NBA so he will never get respect on the MVP level. Nash is having one of his best years (again). What's up with Rudy Gay? He is one of the best in fantasy points this year!!

i am the best player in the nba...
amare is overrated. absolute joke that he made first-team all nba. he averaged a good but far from dominant 20 and 10 last year playing for the fastest-paced team in the league.
