For the first team you need a second goalie who produces consistently. Problem is while your top 6 forwards are great, you don't have the depth to trade away one of them for a goalie.
For your second team I see you like tpicking the same guys if they're available. Great forwards very solid defense and with Biron and Osgood not bad in goal (I don't like Thomas). Hainsey is playing me this week and has two points already tonight after one earlier this week so start him in place of Ranger. Good team you should do pretty well.
My team looks very good on paper (at least I think so) but there are two or three others that have such insane teams you wouldn't believe it.

Kinda seems like DukFuke's team only in a 12 team league.
Forwards: Ryan Getzlaf, Anze Kopitar, Alexander Frolov, Marian Gaborik, Joffrey Lupul, Henrik Zetterberg, Jonathan Toews, Nathan Horton
Defenseman: Nicklas Lidstrom, Zdeno Chara, Dion Phaneuf, Rob Blake
Goalies: Ryan Miller, Cam Ward, Josh Harding, Ilya Bryzgalov
Very solid in goal and absolutely GREAT on offense and amazing on defense

It's not really that I like picking the same players, but I have the few couple that I know will produce, and that I prefer to have on my team rather then facing me on the other team. Like Vaclav Prospal. Well thats what I thought atleast. He was tearing it up begining of season and now hes kind of gone limp so I was stuck with him. Although I know he'll hopefully start to heat up again (it looks like hes starting to now).
Dustin Byfuglien I picked up on both teams as soon as i saw his 2 game point streak, the first 2 games after being called up. And playing on a team like Chigaco, not to mention he plays forward on the first or second line.. A must have.
Paul Ranger was producing.. Stuck with him on both teams.. hes been real cold the last 3 weeks.
And what can I say about Langenbrunner... He's been a steady force since he came off the IR
