In all honesty Stanford might only loose one game before The Tournament. Probolly to UCLA.

Thoughts.

7-1 sounds good but a pac 10 regular season title sounds better

My guess is that Stanford will lose 2 more before the NCAA's, and probably end up as a 3 or 4 seen. Yes, UCLA looked beatable, but I think one of their big guys was out. I hate to say it, every time I've watched Stanford play recently, they've been entirely predictable - throw it in to Brook and have him try to do what he can with it. I think UCLA will be able to stop that predictable pattern down at Pauley, and somebody (UCLA, WSU, or Arizona) will knock them off in the Pac-10 tourney. I'm a Stanford guy, but I'm also a pessimist (or realist, depending on your perspective).

Another wild card - if Brook gets 2 fouls early in any of the tough games (and he is foul prone), I can't see the offense flowing well enough to win.

Well look what we found on Sunday night.  A perimeter game to go with our 14 feet of thunder on the inside!!!  Yes, going to Brook can get predictable but so far it works.  To see Goods, Hill and even Mitch knocking down outside shots really makes me think there is the potential to have that last weekend in So Cal determine the winner of the Pac 10.

I am a season ticket holder and can tell you that they are playing much much better now than they were 45 days ago.  One area that has been a huge improvement is taking care of the ball.  Mitch's game has risen to a level I didn't think was possible for him!!

Here's to a great game tonight agains UW!!
