HUGE PROPS TO DONALD SLOAN!!!!!

Haven't seen anyone post this on the A&M portion... maybe I missed it if someone has....

But yesterday his Mom passed away before the Big XII Tourney game against ISU...

Not only did he show up to support his team, he was tied for the leading scorer & was 2 plays shy of a Triple Double....

Huge Props go out to Donald Sloan for his effort in a situation that not many could withstand & perform at even a reasonable level...

If Sloan had played for UCLA, Georgetown, Memphis or some other big name school, you would see this story all over CBS Sports, ESPN, Fox & other major Sporting News affiliates, instead you will only read/hear about it on AggieWebsider, AggieYell, AgSports & a few Local Papers in the state of Texas & maybe some Fan Forums...

Prayers going out to his Family & Huge Props going out to him. This can't be easy for him at all.

The team has rallied around him and has made the team closer. He is playin great ball right now and has the Brett Favre magic working for him. As the point guard, the offense runs through him so if he plays well so do we.
