You know a lot has been said about Uof A making the tourney and ASU not making it... but there is another way of looking at this;
1. As long as ASU wins on Thurs against SIU, this core group will be able to continue to improve, gel and set themselves up for next years run.
2. Now that the regular season is over, I wish the cats well, but I really believe they are one and done.
3. I know some folks love a good rivalry, but UofA didn't decide to go at our expense, both teams were on the bubble, both teams didn't win enough games to be safe, and both teams owe the selection committee their thanks or disgust...
4. personally I'm happy we are in the NIT, we should be able to play more games... as opposed to being a 9 - 12 seed and having to play a powerhouse from the outset.
