Did you look at the road Texas has. They POTENTIALLY could play THREE rematches along the way. They have the first round rematch against St. Marys. Then they could have a potential rematch with Michigan State in the sweet sixteen, then a potential rematch against UCLA in the Final Four. Can't say I have ever heard of a team having so many potential rematches in one tourney

You are dumb. The only feasible rematch that could happen in Texas vs. St. Mary's. Michigan State is in the upper half of the bracket and they suck so a rematch of that game wont happen. Because Texas played so many teams, of course theres potential for rematches in the final four. Hell, theres a chance the final 4 could be Tennessee, Kansas, Texas, UCLA. Texas would have played (and beaten) all those teams.

That Final Four would be incredible.  I can't imagine that that's ever happened where a Final Four contestant had wins over every other Final Four team.  However I don't see Tennessee making it past UNC.  I personally think that UNC has the easiest path to the Final Four.  If you look at the East Regional, it's full of teams that UNC is built to destroy.  Not that there aren't good teams in there, but in every other Regional all of the 1's and 2's could face potentially tough match-ups, not just good teams.

Actually in 2000, Michigan State beat every final four team.

They beat Wisconsin twice during the regular season and once in the semifinal, they beat North Carolina during the regular season, and they beat Florida in the final.

Hey let's not forget sending the #10 team in the country, seeded 7th, (Butler) to play 10th seeded South Alabama in ALABAMA.

THAT would be insane. But highly unlikely. The only rematch I see is Texas/UCLA and maybe (are you listening God?) in the final against Kansas. So....

Hook Em Horns!!!

I sure as heck would like to know how the #10 team in the country gets a #7 seed in the tourney?  But I am looking at the second round possible match up with Butler-Tennessee, it was just last year in the pre-season NIT that Butler beat this same Tennessee team.  I have Butler going to the great 8 this year, showing the rest of the Billy Packer fans that the mid-majors still know how to hoop.
