Some of you get bent outta shape easily, you were supposed to post your thoughts about Adam Jones not argue with one another.

Arguing on the internet is like running in the Special Olympics, even if you win you are still retarded.

Bringing in a character with that much baggage is never good for a team. All of the media and outside buzz will most definitely negatively affect the team as a whole in the end.

thatlsk: "Bringing in Pacman Jones couldn't hurt any team, especially if he's willing to take less money to play there."

Good idea. Another sleazeball player for a sleazeball team. Might as well just keep packing them all off to Texas. On the other hand, wouldn't Philadelphia or Boston make better dumping grounds? Just a thought.

What a bunch of " HATERS" you guys are you all know that the Cowboys going after Pacman is not a bad idea at all. Especially what the're giving up for him (practically nothing). Furthermore Pacman like T.O. and Tank knows that this is probably his last chance at the NFL level. If Goodell reinstates him its because JJ helped out on the decision considering that those guys are now problem free. It'll just be a series of one year contracts for a very talented 24 year old CB/KR 6th pick  overall and again peanuts in return. You haters would defenitely NOT mind at all if your teams would pursue him if needed the conerback position to be filled. Oh in addition to Pacman, trading up for Mcfadden and getting a decent 2nd round wideout ...............................Championship!!!

Getting Jones on the cheap is a great move.  Its not a choir boy sport.  No bad press about his play or locker room behavior.  The risk is minimal, IF he screws up again he's out of the league.

Sign Jones.  Get your top rated RB (not named McFadden) at #22 and deal #28 to Cincy for Chad Johnson.

I realize it sounds crazy but Jerra wants "wow"................Jerra gets what he wants.

Fill the roster in rounds 2-5.

Loaded for 2008 and looking to repeat with the opening of the new stadium.

U GOTTA BELIEVE.

What's next,Kwame Kilpatrick as head coach and Jack Kevorkian as team doctor.
Actually, the Detroit Lions front office could use some assisted suicide help.

the point is that were getting a #6 player who is good now and has the potential to grow and become better 4 some1 who every1 will forget during the season (2-3 round pick). The Cowboys are in need of a good shut-down corner, now pack is not the best in the game, but if he applies himself he can. the boyz will only pay about 1 mil if not less and they are 3.2 mil under the salary cap.! And dallas is known for taking trouble players and making them good. T.O., Tank Johnson, Irvin, and the list goes on. Dallas is a good fit for Pac and the BOYZ!

Agreed.  There have been many people suspended byt he league that come back and have fruitful careers.  If they can get him cheap why not.  They definately can use his talent if he can get back on the straight and narrow.

All i have to say to a patriot fan is I bet your team woulndt mind having him. If you remember correctly Randy Moss was considered a bad move as was TO to the Cowboys. Well you guys were one game short of a undefeated season and the cowboys have never looked as good on offense. Saying that I too question Jerry Jones decision making but have always considered him a great owner not so great as a general manager. But Pac Man seems to be a good fit for either of our teams. You guys lost a lot in free agency and we need a third db. for the right price I think he can keep his nose clean enough knowing that he is on short leash. The vets in the locker room will not allow Pac Man to be a problem. You dont think people like Roy Williams and flozell and others would allow this knucklehead to screw up a super bowl run. WE are too damn close to let him do anything detrimental to our fragile team.

Is it a good move? yes for the Cowboys.  Does he deserve it? NOPE  No way does a guy that gets in this much trouble deserve to play in the NFL. He already had his "second chance"  and his 3rd and 4th....
