Ok....you say Jody is better than Vyborny.....on what planet/plane of existence/dimension...etc take your pick. Vybs is having a down year, in a system that does not fit his skill set. Shelly is playing on a REAL cup contender, with a better cast than Vyborny in a SYSTEM that fits his skill set. If you put Vybs on a team, like say the Rangers, who were interested in him, with a Jagr, I bet that Vbys quadruples shelly's output in 25 games on a team like that. To say that shelly is better than vbys is rediculous....and like bobcat said, Jody didn't fit into the future of what the bluejackets were doing, mark my words though, Jody will be a bluejacket again someday. Not as a player, but in the front office.
