Love got only a 2 minute breather against Western Kentucky?  Will this affect him Saturday?

I don't usually post but this got me thinking. Love and Collison have consistently played almost and up to 40 minutes in games this season since the UCLA bench isn't too deep with all the injuries and whatnot. They're well conditioned and we saw in the Pac 10 tourney that they can play harsh games 3 days back to back and still win. He'll probably be little tired as they all should, but he's Kevin Love - he'll no doubt show up to play like he should.

Yeah, you could tell that Love and Collison were getting winded.  Love typically only plays 28 minutes each game (while still posting such amazing stats) so I am worried about his ability to recover in less than 48 hours.  But I'm sure that he'll dig deep and give it his best.

Collison is used to that amount of playing time--even if he isn't used to fouling out.  I think that he'll learn even more from this game and be better prepared to handle the press or anything else that XU may try to throw at UCLA.

Xavier better hope that it slows him down or they're gonna be without a frontline midway through the 2nd half, he'll get all of them in foul trouble.

Buy an insurance policy protecting against injuries costing you an NBA trip...........and stay a couple more years in school and have some fun. Ucla has not looked impressive so far but they are winning. If they lose in the next round, okay, let the barrage begin. I bet Georgetown would like to be still hanging around after losing their big lead against Davidson.

It should not.  If the Elite 8 game was today, then maybe.  Remember, Xavier had to go OT with a physical team.  Conditioning issues should be a wash for both teams.
