What a way to start off the new season in a brand new ballpark.  Zimmerman's walk off homer to win the game was awesome.  Although we have a starting rotation that will need a lot of runs scored to support it, I am hoping we can have a decent season.

GO NATS!!!

I like to thinks the Nats can have a good year.  I agree that the pitching, especially the starters, have some questions.  I hope that we can generate the runs to stay competitive.

2-0 another great game against the Phillies today.  Lasting Milledge comes through with a homer.  We got great offensive production from a number of players including Dimitri Young off the bench.

GO NATS!!!!!!!

Two wins in a row to start off the year for the Nats, as they show life on offense by scoring 11 runs against the Phillies today. Their weakness today was a strength, but their strength, a strong bullpen, did not show up today. Matt Chico pitched 5 1/3 innings and allowed 3 earned runs. Not a bad start for Chico, but the bullpen blew the lead.

Nick Johnson has had a great start to this season and seems to have an extra jump in his step by aggressively running the bases and showing "speed"

Let's keep it up, only 160 more to go until a perfect season (we could dream, right?)
