Well, by 'right' I mean 'insane'. How does this have anything to do with the Democrats?
The capital punishment policy is keeping jails full - really? Because at most there were a couple of hundred executions a year under the capital punishment policy (out of a prison population of more than 2million). Stopping 200 executions a year and replacing them with life sentences isn't really keeping the prisons brimming. Your point is further undermined by your contradiction in the next sentence where you claim people who commit offences like this should 'be in jail for much longer sentences'. Additionally, Death Row inmates are usually in separate wings of prisons, wings which have often been specifically built for death row prisoners - so they aren't taking up the space which would have been used for other prisoners and forcing people like this drunk driver onto the streets.
And where in the article is abortion mentioned? Ironically, economic research has demonstrated that the Roe vs Wade settlement has kept criminals from being born because the social group which has the most abortions is single mothers, and criminals usually come from broken homes. Look up Steven Leavitt's research if you get a spare minute from all your redneck ranting.
If the slave comment about Obama is anything to go by, you have some serious racial (and jealousy) issues that you need to sort out (or maybe you can just find some racially intolerant Nazi manifesto to justify them).
