Caland Stanfurd are both academic institutions, unlike ASU or Oregon State.
He always beat the Bears.
He can attract pro talent because of his time in the NBA like Tim Floyd.
He'll look better in Blue.
Cons:
He was a Stanfurd guy for 18 years.
He cherished his time at Stanfurd.
The Pac-10 has evolved into a defense first league.
The Pac-10 is the premiere conference in Men's College Basketball and it wasn't when he left.
I am rooting for him but would have preferred Billy Gillespie.
