1 and done for N.O come playoffs

Sorry N.O., but in all likelihood you guys are going to be one and done come playoff time. Looks like Denver's going to have the eighth seed, and I just don't see you guys beating them in a 7 game series. Why? Well Denver's got too much firepower, plus looking at N.O roster, I don't see any clutch players or winners on the team. Stojakovic has always been a choker, Chandler, Paul and West have no playoff experience and have never proven to be winners....So despite the #1 seed(which seems meaningless now) N.O will likely have the dubious honor of being one of only a handful of #1 seeds to get humiliated by losing in the first round.

Look for western Conference championship be a war between L.A. and San Antonio, with Kobe pulling out the series as he's done numerous times against the Spurs. Let's face it, Kobe's always been the spurs killer....Regarding NO, nice regular season, but to advance in the playoffs you need cluctch championship type players like Kobe and Duncan. Paul just doesn't cut it. He's a good regular season p.g., but like Nash has never proven that he's a winner or a champion.

Let me see if I understand this....Chris Paul does not deserve the MVP because he ius surrounded by a lot of talent in David West, Tyson Chandler, & Peja Stojakovic.  However, these same players are not all that good and that is why the Hornets will be one and done in the playoffs????

I realize you have to have some basic basketball knowledge to understand how flawed your logic is, but come do you not understand the game that much?  Or, do you wish it was you in Denver instead of that girl at the hotel?

Paul's a nice player and has solid teammates around him. But that's it. He's not a winner. Not a champion. Let's see him do something in the playoffs. Doubtful. Regarding Mvp, Kobe's the clear choice. He took a team that's been plagued with injuries all season to the top of the Pacific divison. And that's playing with a torn ligament in his pinky. Remember for a big part of the season, Walton, Kwame Brown and Fisher were the starters he was working with. And he still willed the team to the top of the west. Now theres your mvp. Kobe. A winner and a true champion on and off the court.

He's only been in the league 3 years. How is he not a winner or a champion. The only time Kobe was is when Shaq was there and thats it. He wasnt when Shanq left and he kicked and sreamed until he got a good Center because at the start of the season he was headed to another failure of a season while the Hornets been at the top 3 or 4 of the West since the start. Paul uses what he has and he never says a word bad about any of his teammeats unlike the Kobster. He also was drafted to a team that won only 18 games his first year then 34 his second and now has them at 54!!! What about that is not a MVP?

Kobe cant do it.

The Hornets will go far in the playoffs this year. Chris Paul is a playmaker and West is playing great right now.  I think Paul, West, and Peja will light it up in the playoffs.
