What a game. In an ealier post I stated that the Jayhawks matched up to Memphis alot better than my Longhorns.

It was a very enjoyable game to watch. Memphis played you as hard as they could. In the  end, it was KU's tenacity and clutch shots, coupled with Memphis' poor freethrow shooting that cost Memphis and benefitted KU.

Job well done. Enjoy your championship and thanks for bringing it to the Big 12 conference.

Thank you Horn's fan. Your support and rivalry all year has been great. I appreciate your support and respect. Ya'll are class fans. Wasn't that a heck of a game? Hawks win in OT!!! That shot by Mario. When it went into OT I knew we would win! Mostly. LOL That 1st half with Texas is still the best I ever saw next to KU-OU in the 1988 Championship. What a game. The Big 12's first championship. Rock Chalk Jayhawks!

Kansas is a better underdog in my opinion.  They proved it Saturday and tonight.  Against Davidson, they were picked big, and look what happened.  In both these games, they weren't favored by just about anyone, and they proved everybody wrong.

For what its worth, throw in an Illini congrats as well.  We've hated on Bill Self sense he left, but not for any other reason than that we wished he stayed.  What a great year for the Jayhawks.  A dominating win over VT in a BCS game followed by an NCAA championship in basketball. 

Wow, what a time to be a Jayhawk.

Thanks Texas fan.  It was a great game!  Glad for KU, Glad for the Big 12.  Sick of Vitale and all of his ACC talk.  the guy still picks Carolina when they aren't playing.  Is it to soon to start running the promo's for next years Duke/ Carolina game? Now, let's hope we can keep Bill Self at KU.  Rock Chalk Baby.
