IU dropping to 9-11 (I'm pretty happy about that).I think everyone not from Bloomington is.  I'm doubly happy because I can see both Indiana AND Crean suffer through a bad season next year.

Nonconference games next year
ACC/Big Ten Challenge at home - could be Duke (oh god please let it be Duke)
Texas at home - they'll be damn good next year if their guards come back
Marquette in Milwaukee - will Williams continue the Badger-Eagle series?
Preseason tournament - anyone know which one the Badgers are in?
away game - there's usually another BCS conference team on the schedule as well (like Georgia)

That's a pretty solid nonconference schedule if there's a good matchup in the tournament and the Badgers don't get screwed in the ACC/B10 draw.  On the plus side, it always seems like the third place team in each conference gets the other's top team, so UNC (they were @OSU this year) or Duke are in play.  Which is exciting because it's the Badgers' turn for a home game

Well this news will not make any of you guys happy, and it shouldn't.  It is being reported by the Capitol Times that UW is going to Blacksburg to play Virginia Tech for the ACC/BIg Ten Challenge.  Talking about a hose job.   It also said in the article that you guys are playing in the Paradise Jam next year as well.

Yeah, the article pretty much accuses him of intentionally sticking it to UW.  I've been harping on this for awhile now.  I just find it very maddening.  One other team will have 6 road games after this season, but they have already had 4 home games.  The article mentions teams like MSU and Illinois have only had 3 road games and are not on the road this year.  And OSU is scheduled for their 3rd road game this year.  Seems equitable.

I really don't see how hard it is to give teams the same number of away games as home games.  If you're home one year you should be away the next, and repeat.  Wasn't the reason the Badgers hadn't played Duke before last year that they were on opposite home-away schedules?  Either way, it's hard for other fans to say that Badger fans complain to much when there's STATISTICAL EVIDENCE proving we have a beef.

I love the chance of Wisconsin playing UConn(A preseason top 5 team if Thabeet comes back) and Miami(A preseason top 20 team). Also in that tournament is that San Diego team that knocked off UConn and they don't lose a single player from last years team. Looks like a pretty god

If they switched it consistently home-away-home-away for everyone then some teams would never be able to play other teams.  It stands to reason that they should be able to make it somewhat more even than they have been though.
