Since the three of us are the only ones chatting, I'll pick a subject (Kind of like a radio show) offer my opinions and you two answer how you see fit.

The Patriots

Spy Gate is apparently over, and Goddell seems happy with his meeting with the nobody camera guy...What should happen next and how will the Patriots do this year??

COW answer:  We can't take away past awards or championships.  The Super Bowls were all won by a field goal and not blow outs.  I'd say take away maybe a 5th and 6th rounder; 1 each oth the next two years and use it as a stiff penalty to others who think they can do the same.

If they stay healthy, they're a Super Bowl contender...no doubt about it.

welcome to the show queeny.  You've been 5'd and added.  If nothing else is going on, read over the last 3 pages Gonzaga,Rayyan and myself have been chatting about.  It's more interesting than any other chatline you'll visit for the rest of tonight.

a beautiful day here, and a good night for Celtics fans as Glen Davis and Rajon Rondo step up big time and show the Cavaliers fans that they have a good bench in Boston. LeBron was a beast and Delonte West hits 21 while Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Rondo all go for over 20 ... i knew 3 guys would score for the Celts, just thought Ray Allen would be the third, but 11 is better than he has been.

In San Antonio, this team is very hard to beat. i think Manu Ginobili will have to be the game breaker again. he will need to hit 25 or more to take the pressure off Tim Duncan and Kurt Thomas inside for the Spurs, while David West will have to be stopped.. right now, no one is stepping up as Chris Paul and Tyson Chandler seem to have their way in the paint. i think Peja Stojakovic will hit 25 tonight as the Spurs collapse on West and Chandler. as for the score, i hate to say it, but 105 - 100 for the Hornets... just my thoughts

the Browns and the Texans work with the Cowboys to rid the world of Packers who
use old time boxes on the Panthers. the Steelers maintain the strength of many
Bengals and Jaguars who watch Eagles soar over the head of many Chiefs.

The Celtics did play some good ball the other day. But now they have to prove themselves on the road.  If they can win this next road game, then I think that they will have a lot more confidence for the next series when they have to play on the road, and the more confidence, the better playing from Boston.

Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Rajon Rondo played really good last night in the win, I am just waiting to see Ray Allen score a handful of points, whether against the Cavaliers or the Pistons, or whoever. I just want to see him have a big game.

i am not sure why everyone seems so caught up on the lack of a road win by the Celtics. they won the most games this season and therefore they have HOME court advantage throught the finals. the DON"T HAVE TO win any road games and they can win every series. it would shorten the series, but that would be the only reason to win on the road. the other teams ALL have to win in Boston. that will be very difficult to do as we saw last night. the Cavaliers played inspired ball, but could not make a FT to save their life. LeBron James played like a leader and Kevin Garnett showed the heart of a champion.

use old time boxes on the Panthers. the Steelers maintain the strength of many

I do agree with you, but suppose they lose one home game out of their four that they have, and then they go and lose all of their road games. You need to look at more scenarios and possibilities of what possible outcomes may be. So the Celtics may have to worry if they don't win all there home games, which hasn't happened yet, but I'm figuring that once they start facing teams like Detroit they are going to need to win a road game here or there.

perhaps they MIGHT lose a home game, then they HAVE to win a road game. as of right now, that has not happened so the question to me is moot.

i created a thread on the nba board on this question if you care to contribute, you are most welcome.
