Congratulations.

I really didn't think going into the game the Spurs had much of a chance.

Their offense can't seem to break 80 points right now without any 3-point shooters.

On the Road? Without Manu Ginobli, Brent Barry, and Robert Horry?

....I was worried that the Spurs might not score 50-60 with all their clutch offense players in streetclothes...

But, hey good teams take advantage of a team that is wounded.

Congrats again!

..............

Classy post Horns.  Obviously we all would have preferred to beat you guys with all those guys in the lineup, but hey I'll still take the win.  The Spurs just didn't have it in the 2nd half and without Manu coming off the bench it seemed like they lacked that usual spark of energy that he brings every game.  Good looking out on the congrats good luck to the Spurs for the rest of the way

Horns, did you take the pic on your avitar?  I must have seen it 100 times before I realized my office is just off camera to the right.  You are definatly the rare Texas fan who can give credit to other teams.

I give credit where it is due.

When the Suns won the other night, I congratulated them.

The Lakers return the favor.  The Suns never do.

I was also happy that we are able to beat you guys without Bynum, and Ariza, this time you finally played us with Gasol and seen the difference he makes for the Lakers....thanks for your congratulations.....I wished we played you in the first round...LOL

Blugirl...

I hope everyone wants to play the Spurs like you.

I like that "dismissive" attitude that makes the Spurs an underdog.

It might be nice for the Spurs to play without pressure to win it all.

...............

Now the Spurs get to play with "house money" and lowered expectations.

Thanks Horns,

I wish they had Manu today.  I usually don't rejoice too much on wins when the opposing team has star players out of the lineup.  Good luck in the playoffs,  hopefully they will be at full strength by then

I look at the bright-side of thing

The Spurs still have one last veteran (shifty/dirty/questionable) move to play.

The Spurs still can likely lose to Utah on purpose to fall to the #6 if Hou/Phx each win one more game.

They can use MANU as an excuse for losing......rather than blatant "tanking" ......

They can stick heavyweights LA, Phoenix, and Utah on the opposite side of the bracket.

.......

The Spurs would then take their chances with Hou, Dal, and Nola...all 3 easier for the Spurs in terms of matchups...
