I got my SS status back

So to my delight, I logged in tonight to find that my Superstar status has returned.

I would like to thank all of my fellow Boltheads and Raiderhaters. I would like to thank my friends for acknowledging my football addiction and respect the fact that I do not exist on Sundays and Mondays during football season. Thanks for NOT calling me during the game, I appreciate it.

And finally, I would like to say that this ALMOST makes up for the fact that my boyfriend publically and embarrassinly dumped me on Saturday night and still has NOT given me a reason. But I'm a superstar!      See what he's missing out on? LMAO.

Congrats.  I've been stuck on all-star for a long time.  Admin told me it was because of a warning I issued that was appealed and the person I warned won the appeal.

I fail to understand why each warning has to have both a winner and a loser.  I issued the warning in good faith to another member that was deliberately posting false and misleading information in his threads and comments.  When he won his appeal, I was punished.  Go figure.

Keep that self-esteem high super star, and get some sleep.

Well congratulations on that. Your posts are always well thought out and clearly stated. I don't recall you ever insulting anyone, just being a faithful loyal fan.

I don't understand how all this sportsline rating stuff works? I put a line at the bottom of my posts saying for my Chargers to beat various teams. When I do (if I spell correctly) I get high points for that post. (98-99) My overall rating seems to be stuck on 96. The funny thing is if you go to your profile, there are 4-5 sections across the top of the bar chart. Skills, participation, content? etc. If you clik on those your bars are much different than your overall score? Go figure?

Welcome back to the high ranks.  I am sorry that your BF dumped you.  Chances are he was secretly a Raider fan, and hid it from you. Maybe you had a bigger TV than him for watching the Chargers and his ego was hurt.  Most guys seem baffled by a girl who is a fan. 

About keeping your status.  I would avoid smack talk, I would avoid warnings even giving them, I would tend to either give 5 stars to people on feedback or not at all. I would try to post once in a while to keep your status up there. Be polite never insult, and when disagreeing with somebody start the sentence with "I feel."

For instance, after looking at this years schedule, I Feel the Chargers can go undefeated because we play the Colts and the Patriots at home.
