The rest of the story...from the Columbia Tribune: Former University of Missouri basketball guard Stefhon Hannah pleaded guilty yesterday to a reduced charge of peace disturbance by fighting in connection with a January fracas outside a downtown nightclub. As part of the plea agreement, Hannah, 22, was given a 120-day suspended jail sentence and ordered to serve two years of unsupervised probation. He also has completed 20 hours of community service as part of the agreement. The former Chicago basketball product dropped out of MU and moved home to Country Club Hills, Ill., after his arrest. Hannah could go to jail if he fails to abide by certain conditions ordered by an Associate Circuit Judge including having no contact with the victim in the case, identified in court documents as Raouf Abushaala, 26, of Columbia, a Libyan national who works in the kitchen at Nikai Mediterranean Grill, and the restaurant where Abushaala works.
Hannah and his attorney appeared in Boone County Circuit Court yesterday to accept the deal, forgoing a hearing that had been scheduled later in the day. Prosecutors had offered Hannah - who has no previous criminal convictions - at least two options: a suspended imposition of sentence on third-degree assault, a Class A misdemeanor that could be wiped from his record if he completes probation; or conviction on the lesser Class B misdemeanor peace disturbance charge.
Abushaala was not seriously injured but suffered a black eye in the fight, prosecutors said. Another man, Howard D. Houston Sr., a 35-year-old dishwasher at the restaurant, was identified as the man who came to Abushaala’s aid and struck Hannah. The fight left Hannah, who was later kicked off the men’s basketball team after missing more than a week of classes, with a broken jaw. Horton’s misdemeanor assault case was delayed yesterday because of a scheduling conflict for his attorney. A hearing date has been scheduled for April 24.

I was certainly disappointed by the "weed" story that surfaced about Talib, makes me wonder if he was high during the K-State game and that's why Jordy Nelson abused him. However I think we all can agree that doesn't really compare to a collegiate athlete punching a server in the face for bad service. It was poetic justice that the dishwahser came out and put Hannah to sleep with one punch. The funniest thing is Hannah originally claimed that he was struck by a brick.... yah a brick of a right hand.

Let's see, this is a KU basketball board. MU is KU's biggest rival but is also a Big 12 team. News that happens in the Big 12 is fair game to all boards in the big 12. I dont see why stupid Tigger fan is upset that people out there are discussing the character of one of their felonious players.
