Maybe I am wrong, but the fight did not seem that close to me. I had Joe winning 116-111. I was shocked to hear B-Hop say that he won the fight. I think he needs to go watch the replay tomorrow and he will see that he did not win. I hope they do not have a rematch because I do not see anything changing. I still would say that B-Hop can and should fight if he wants to. I wouldn't mind seeing him fight Glen Johnson or Chad Dawon. Either of those would be a good fight. I am not sure what Joe should do. If he wants the money, you fight Roy Jones. If you want to dominate another division than you could fight either of the two above or Antonio Tarver. I think the Chad Dawson fight might be the most entertaining. I am just glad that NOW we can all say that Joe is one of, if not, the best fighter out there right now.

Did you see the same fight as everyone else? I thought at best it was a draw. I had hopkins winning 115-113. But again, hopkins is stupid. He should have put the fight away and didn't. So he let the "white boy" get back in the fight. But he didn't lose it.

I think BHOP's problem (apart from a complete lack of class outside the ring) is that he just doesn't do the math. He dominated rounds 1-5 (so he's up by 5 points, maybe even 6). He then got beaten in the all the rest of them. A dominant start isn't quite as important as he seems to see it. A nice analogy would be a beautiful, amazing LeBron James dunk, weaving through traffic. It scores the same as an easy lay-up. BHOP had five of them. Calzaghe spent the last 2/3 of the fight hitting easy lay-ups.

This has been a long time coming. This whole new culture of "white boy,white girl" spoken by blacks all over the country has gotten out of control. I had respect for bernard his entire career until he made that ridiculous statement "i will never lose to a white boy"......so stupid. First, if it wasnt for the white MAN bernard you would not be here with this opportunity,these riches you have, or this fame you have. So bow down. Second, how long is it gonna take for these colored folk to understand that this is a white MAN'S world.....always has been...always will be. White presidents are just that....WHITE. the richest man on earth is a white man (bill gates) waddya know. Third, you got your azz beat by a white MAN. Dont ever forget it. you're an idiot.....hopkins won 3 rounds at most......a draw would have reeked of don king....the "white boy" whupped him.......hopkins has been a great fighter, now i hope he retires and takes his place with the "legends".

I'm laughing at Hopkin's for his comment but in no way do I agree with the racist drivel spilling from the fingers of the mug above.
For a start, Bill Gates isn't the richest man on Earth - it's a Mexican guy called Carlos Helu (although it sometimes fluctuates with Warren Buffett depending on the value of Buffett's investments. As you so eloquently phrased it, "whaddya know"
Segregation is effectively what exists in much of America and idiots like the poster above (and to some degree Bernard Hopkins) merely exacerbate the divisions. I'm guessing the poster above is white but i'm pretty sure that the white MAN, as you claim, wouldn't be in control if weren't for slavery and the lack of human rights denied to minorities across the world in the eighteenth, nineteenth and twentieth centuries.
As for your claim that the white man gave Hopkins all the riches he has - well thats rubbish. It's hardly as if a white promoter or trainer went into the less salubrious areas of various cities and pulled out the best black boxers so they could control their fate. Hopkins has risen on the back of his skill to the top of boxing because ultimately fans determine a lot of matchups - the promoters will make if the fans want it enough, because the promoters will make more money - just as he would if he were white (like Calzaghe - who's hardly been brought up in a life of luxury) or if he were latino.
White presidents have traditionally been white because black people couldn't vote for the first hundred and fifty odd years of American democracy. How many black candidates have there been for president who weren't radical separatists (I include Jesse Jackson here because his view of the racial divide is as damaging as the repressive views of many whites over the past century)? Only one - Obama. Just on sheer probability - taking no account of policy or finance - it has been highly unlikely for a black man to be president. I'm glad its changing, but that still fails to solve the problem of the racial divide that exists in America. Personally, I'm glad I live in multicultural Britain.
By the way, in my eyes, the fight was Calzaghe's by at least two rounds - even with a 10-8 round for the knockdown. I posted before the fight that it would be impossible for Hopkins to win the fight on points because Calzaghe throws (and connects with) too many punches for any fighter to look dominant against him - that's what happened last night
