I am 16 and I never watched a NHL game untill last night.........It was amazing. I loved it and I am not gonna stop watching. My dad is a Bruins fan since the late 1950's. He always thought I would like hockey but I never gave it a shot. So now my 3 favorite sports are football, basketball, and hockey. I wanna get into baseball but I don't have a favorite team.......I just like players.

My Brother Derek is named after Derek Sanderson. Haha. My Dad wanted to name him Bobby Orr Sivo but his ex-wife didn't like the name Bobby or the fact that he was using Orr as the middle name hahaha.

Hey, Sorry to break it to you... but that hockey game last night was one of the best hockey games you will ever see. It was in no way my first hockey game (I'd estimate around 1,000) and that is the best hockey game I have ever seen.

If you want to talk with some serious Bruins fans and learn alot about the sport, use the "The one stop, all Bruins thread!" Im sure between the expertise of myself, Dawnie, Cobras, Huxley, and Gibber... (i'd go one everybody else but I have to close soon) we are sure to be able to answer any question you have

Your sure picked a good first game to watch.  But like my friend said to you first, it's one of the best games you'll probably ever see. I've been watching the Bruins since the 70's and that game is definately in my top 3 best games ever.

But anyway, welcome to the world of hockey. You picked the perfect time to become a Bruins fan.

As much as I'm in love with the game of football, I'd have to say that playoff hockey is right up there.  The teams truly step it up a notch.

J-S - if you ever get a chance to go to a live hockey game, do it!  Watching it on television is nothing compared to a game in person.  The speed of the game loses its translation and there's nothing like sitting in the first row where there's a hit against the boards right in front of you!
