Draft Day Trades

Does everyone believe that Phil is going to sit still until the 4th round?

He stated that he is not going to trade up, they are going to sit still, and DA is off the trade table and he doesn't expect any calls from other teams because they should all know that he is off the table.

I really hope we can move up into at least the 2nd round with some type of trade.

My ideal trade would be DA for a 1st round pick to a team like the Chiefs who now have two first rounders and also a need for a QB.

If anything we might just trade a 6th and 7th for a 2nd or 3rd...

Phil gave DA a big contract because he was afraid a team with a late first round pick would sign him and give us a late first rounder and a 3rd rounder.

What makes you think we now plan on trading him for a 1st rounder?

I don't think that DA is going to be traded (that is what I hope happens).  I don't think we are going to make any trades on draft day unless it's a bonus like the Chiefs just got for Allen.

If we do trade at all...it will probably be our high round picks for possibly a lower round.
