This is why I said game 2 was a must win for Detroit. The Sixers are up 2-1 we have home court, and this is the real Piston team. They aren't sleeping, you could see it in the eyes of Sheed and Billups, They are shocked. It's not like they are amused. Game 4 is a Pistons must win because if we win Game 4 there is no way we lose a game 6 if it goes that far.
A team as young and athletic as ours cannot be stopped when it's as inspiring as a season that I can ever remember, the Pistons are lucky Iggy isn't playing well, and that's only because they are completely focused on him, once they start spreading, Iggy will be too much for the Pistons to handle...
Bottom line is, is that the Pistons can shoot a better % and do all the things that every NBA pro can do that concerns individual statistics better than us, but when it comes to heart, dedication, hustle, and the will to win, it's too much for the Pistons to handle
I smell 3-1 Philadelphia

I must admit, sixers fans, you guys are in the midst of a great upset.___Detroit has a very bad habit of looking past their opponents and taking for granted that they can turn it on when ever they want.___This is shaping up to be a great series.___And like you said, if the Pistons go down 3-1, they're going to be in serious touble.___I used to be a 76ers' fan back when Iverson was there all those years and it's good to see them playing so well.___Maurice Cheeks is a class-act coach, and I would like to see Phili advance into the next round.___Good luck.

I think we win the series. The one thing I disagree with (Santanasback) is that they are shutting down Iggy and being focused on him. Iggy isnt driving enough. And when he is it isnt as effective as usual. Iggy is doing it to himself.

Remeber he bruised his leg (shin) hard a short while back....started wearing that wrap on it...its healing up -- he's getting his quickness back -- some bounce in his step..
They are leaning on him -- quick doubles, etc...and Prince with those monster arms can defend well...but I see some fastbreak and driving points from him in the next couple of games...

I am just glad that everyone is talking about the Sixers again..everyone is so excited about how they are playing.. I give much of the credit to one of my all time favorite sixers mo cheeks..i think that he gives them the heart and dedication to the game much like he played..so all you mo haters that wanted him out can apologize after the season..

whoever wins tonight wins the series...
Pistons are due one of their on nights (which still isn't that great) like game 2 and we have to make sure we bring at least our B+ game (which means hitting some outside shots!)---but you are right this really could come down to heart...winning this would be huge and put us on the map which is a big deal when attracting FAs next year
I LOVED the Reggie Evans hand to ear for the crowd move ala Hulkster and Iverson---great moment last game!

Younger legs are winning the series. Every analyst talked about the Pistons' amount of playoff experience, but not about how that experience translates to an aging core. And it isn't getting any better for the Pistons, with Game 4 tonight, two days after the Philly rout in Game 3, and Game 5 Tuesday. They're not getting time to rest, and that bodes well for the Sixers. I agree with you cowbuc, if the Sixers win tonight, I don't think Detroit will be able to come back from being down 3-1.
I can't say enough about how impressed I've been with the Sixers in this series. They are outperforming where everyone outside of Philadelphia thought they would.

Not so fast Santana! Don't forget that Detroit has had their backs to the wall on many occasions and persevered. Last night was evidence of that! 2-2 and going back to the D! The Sixers have fought hard. No disrespect to your Sixers and their fans. I had to get on your site to see what fans are saying because some Sixer fans have been getting on ours and have not been very respectful. Good luck with the remainder of the series and may the best team win.

We lost focus last night, and at a bad time. Right when Detroit was going on a run
We have to take on at the palace, If we lose Tuesday and take Game 6, game 7 will be anyones game, it's been a good series but we have to play better. If we want to win in Detroit we can't let Detroit break the game open, keep it close and try to steal one in the closing minutes
