The Chiefs they had volume and quality, but they still have no QB and I think that was a big piece, that went missing.
The Steelers.. Grabbing Mendenhall was a steal at that pick. They needed very little and got a top 3 back.
Dolphins... Long is a road grader I can't think of a better way to build a team than a left tackle. The DE was a solid pick and Henne will be the best QB that comes out of this draft. (Call me a UofM homer, but I saw all top QB's play this year even Flacco and Henne when healthy was by far the best.)
NYG... Manningham in the third and woodson in the fifth.

There really weren't any out there that were worth taking over Dorsey,Albert, or Flowers and once you get to the 3rd round there wasn't anybody even close to Croyle(maybe Booty but doubtful). Brody hasn't even had a chance to prove himself one way or the other so far. As much as i hate to say it the Chiefs have a good shot at getting a top 5 pick again next year and that draft is suppose to produce plenty of QB's, most notably Geogia's QB who is supposively the best talent since Palmer came out of USC. So i think if Croyle has a bad year they draft a QB top 5 next year and have Croyle as a solid backup. I think it was a good decision to not draft a QB and take Dorsey,Albert, and Flowers with there 3 top 35 picks.

Chiefs.
Best DT, best Guard, best corner, best blocking TE, some say best FS, and one of the best Running backs. Also got a speedster WR, and good value in Carr(CB)

Phins, Bows, and Cheifs all had good drafts this year. Kudos. I can't pick a favorite.
To the guy that said my Bears had a horrible draft, I have to respectfully disagree with you.
Williams will play his natural position, moving Tait I believe(it's late, memory is not what it should be right now.) back to his natural position, thereby addressing two needs at once on the offensive line.
Forte is also a solid pick as well, with the gross playing of Benson, we're looking for his replacement. Another need addressed. Granted it was a bit of a reach, but, he could have been gone by the time we got our next pick.
The wide receiver is also likely going to be third or forth on the depth chart to play slot, and likewise with Marcus Monk(7th Round), the wide receiving corp needs to get better, and with all the marquee receivers not being traded by their teams(Johnson, Boldin, etc etc) it's time to get em through the draft.
Craig Steltz is supposed to be a rather good hard hitting run stopping saftey, and has all the potential to be a fan favorite. Adam did not do it for us, and this kid is likely the heir apparent, yet another need addressed.
That DT from arkansas, he was slated as first round talent but a few off the field issues dropped his stock. Negoations with Harris have for the moment broken off, and that makes DT a need.
Kellen Davis TE, Our previous third string TE left via free agency, John Gilmore. Not to mention Dez Clark is a free agent acquisition, and rather aged at that. This guy could be the replacement. He's 6'7 and nearly 270. He runs a 4.59 40 yard dash. He's a athletic individual, and even played some DE in college. Versatility is always good.
I don't remember who else we picked, but we had some needs and filled them with some respectiable talent, talent to compete for right now, because we still want to win right now.

I'm going to be different and NOT name a team that had a top 5 draft pick, or 2 first round picks.
If you're going to name the best drafts, then name the best drafts according to how teams drafted where they were at, and how they filled needs.
I'm going to say the Philadelphia Eagles had the best draft. They traded out of the 19th pick, passing on an overrated OT in Jeff Otah, while garnering a 1st rounder next year from the Panthers. Then they got 2 guys who were rated 1st rounders with their 2 second round picks in Trevor Laws and DeSean Jackson, who will give Donovan McNabb a great WR threat. The Eagles had the best 2nd Day of the draft, besides the Lions. In the 4th round they picked up Mike McGlynn and Quentin Demps, both who filled team needs with great value. With their compensatory 4th round selection they took Jack Ikegwuona, a 1st round value, who's stock plummeted with an ACL injury. Ikegwuona may be a risk, but CB is a position where the Eagles have talent now to wait for a possible Pro-bowl guy to mature.
And no, I'm not even an Eagles fan.

This isn't even close, the KC Chiefs may have had one of the best drafts in the past 10 years.
Forget Glenn Dorsey and Braden Albert, those are no brainers, anyone could have got those two right.
They got a physical CB in Flowers who has a game that is faster than his 40 time, a good TE out of TN, a breakawy RB from TX and they even go deep into the 7th round and pick up a DE from a small school who will make the team and be a good player.
I'm not even a Chiefs fan but their draft was unbelievable.
