Just wanted to update everyone, the NBA actually did punish the Mavs for Kidd's flagrant foul...

By not suspending Kidd, the Maverick's will undoubtedly keep him in the starting lineup, which is punishment enough.  Through 4 games this series Kidd is shooting 37% from the field and an impressive 62.5% from the free throw line... nice job.

He's also racked up some other eye-popping numbers: 7.3 points per game (compared to Paul's 24 PPG).  But Kidd's not a scorer you say?  They brought him in for his ability to distribute the ball and rack up the assists?  True, I mean I'm happy with his 6.3 assists per game... but I'm also pretty sure Paul's also happy with those stats being as though he can brag to his friends how he's averaging almost double Kidd's output with 11.3 assists per game.  Kidd's also leading all players in the series in turnovers as well.

All in all, a suspension wasn't in order, the Mavs are getting what they deserve.  Besides, as a matter of public policy, keeping Kidd in the arena and not out on the town provides the women of the greater New Orleans area a heightened degree of safety.

I guess New JerseysTus is sorry that he has to live in New Jersey and nothing good comes to there or from there.

Jason Kidd is not as good as Paul who may be the best at his position right now. Kidd is mid 30's and shouldn't be expected to play like a younger player.  Kidd has never shot well but we all knew that, it would be just like repeating that NJTus has a 45 IQ  - so what _ we dont read his posts because he's smart - its because his dribble gets in the way of the other information.

1.  I don't live in NJ;
2. If I have an IQ of 45 I feel bad for you, being as though you don't know what an underscore ( _ ) is used for and fail to understand the difference between "its" and "it's":

"it's" is a contraction for it is or it has
"its" is a possessive pronoun meaning - belonging to it

If you still don't understand let me know and I'll try and explain it to you in more detail.  Complex problems such as these are probably over your head and require repetition.

Pretty rude comment about a guy who has been a legend.

Maybe he is getting to be a has been, but, in all honesty, 37% isn't that far
from what he has shot his career.

but to suggest they are better with some young guy who hasn't played a whit?

Don't think so.

Unfortunately the Mavs got their chance two years ago. They wre ripped off because
the league hates their owner. Sad. but the way things are.

they need to retool, probably would be good to deal Dirk as well.
