I saw it. The pitcher was just starting his windup when Molina threw up his arms to call time. Then the ump threw up his arms almost immediately to signal timeout and the pitcher broke off his windup. It was all bang, bang, bang ... but that's the order it went in. After the pitcher broke off his windup, the ump went from having his arms up in the air to yelling, "That's a balk" and pointing at the runner at third.
It was pretty clear that the pitcher hadn't broken his windup before the catcher called timeout. The pitcher and the ump acted at almost the same time, but the ump clearly called timeout before he called balk.
