	He hasn't been arrested yet, but a gun he is the owner of was used in a shooting in philadelphia. Harrison has told police he got into a heated argument and fight with the man who eventually was shot, but that he is not the shooter. Looks like he might not be playing ball this year...not that he was effective last year anyways.

	Just heard about this on Indianapolis sports talk radio. They said he and his attorney met with police today.

	Apparently, Marvin got into an argument with some a-hole at a bar. Their was a fist fight, Marvin kicked his butt. Somebody was quoted as saying he has "hands like a ninja." The guy left and Marvin followed him. Gunfire was exchanged. The guy was shot in the hand. Some little girl got hit with broken glass. Marvin fired his gun 7 times.

	Holy crap! This is huge. So far, no witnesses, including the guy that was shot, are saying Marvin fired the gun. But the gun is registered to Marvin.

	It happened tuesday night, at a bar that Marvin owns. The gun is some custom made, fancy pants thing, that fires 50 caliber bullets. Their might be a witness that was shot in the shoulder, that is willing to testify against Marvin.

	Apparently at the bare minimum he gets charged with a misdemeanor whether he was the shooter or not because it was his gun that was used.
