	Evan Anderson is rated the 5th best player in the class of 2010 and he will attend Wisconsin. 	I saw this kid at the Oakwood Mall in EC...reminded me of Brian Butch. I'm not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. I saw Brian Butch for the first time at a high school tournament at the Fieldhouse and was left with a bad impression, one that lasted for me pretty much through Butch's whole tenure at UW. So...is Anderson a good thing? I certainly hope so.

	In other recruiting news, Kyle Rowley, a 7'0", 280 lb center who was the top player in Illinois in '09 has committed to Northwestern. NORTHWESTERN. And I said "was" the top player in '09 because he's re-classifying himself as a 2008 recruit. He's graduating a year early and starting at Northwestern next fall. His reason? He'll progress more playing college next year than he will high school. Even if he redshirts, which he says is a possibility. I can't really figure this kid out.

	Komacki, I just looked at the kids profile and he did go to Lake Forest Academy which is VERY close to Evanston. It is a possibility that he wanted his parents to see every game. You could probably drive from Lake Forest to Evanston in 20 minutes. Northwestern is not a high profile major, but it is the Big Ten after all.

	I've seen Anderson play once live and seen a video of him as well. I don't think his game is that much like Btuch's, for one thing this kid looks more atheltic and lighter on his feet than Butch (and yes I mean the high school or college verson of Butch). Also when Butch was in high school he literally weighed 185 lbs when he was senior, this kid is only a sophomore and he already weighs 250 lbs and looks pretty well put together. No I think a Butch comparsion is way off.

	Let's get this out of the way right now: Anderson is nothing like Butch. Butch was a shooter that had to redshirt in order to get his body ready for college ball. Anderson is a back-to-the-basket player and a defensive force in the lane who will be working on getting his agility and range ready for the college game. They are polar opposites of each other.
