The purpose of gun ownership is to protect your person and property from harm. This is not your right as an American citizen, it is your right as a human being. This is mainly seen as a tool to defend yourself from everyday crime, but what has not been mentioned is that the real purpose of gun ownership is to protect yourself from YOUR OWN GOVERNMENT. This is why we have the 2nd amendment in the first place. So, if Marvin Harrison feels like he needs weapons that pierce armor, so what? It is his right to do so.
People should not fear their government, the government should fear it's people.
