Just so that we can remember what a bad start we had, I am posting our 12 win, 21 loss record.

This way, we can look back after we win the World Series and laugh about how sh*tty we were at the beginning of the season.

I'm hanging in there hoping for that winning streak to come around. In the division we thought would be so tough only the D-Backs have been playing consistantly well. So it's like, hey just win and and you can control your own destiny!

The Rockies are struggling to finds pitchers who can throw strikes.  They are currently 1st in walks allowed and 2nd in hits allowed in the National League.  Certainly there are pitchers within the organization that can throw strikes, or one would hope there is.  Give your fielders a chance.  This was the best defensive team in the Majors last year.  The offense seems to be coming around, however, the pitching has just been totally "offensive".

Go Rockies!!

Like it matters anyway. This team will never turn things around. It doesn't mater how good the hitting is, the pitching gives up 10 runs a game.  The effort is not there and this team was a fluke and you fans know it.  They're the worst team in baseball for a reason.  Worthless players and pitchers.

Sounds alot like what was being said about the 2007 Rockies about one year ago.  While it's not very likely to repeat a miracle, there is a long way to go, and the talent is there to do it.  Yellowish doesn't believe, but I still think they can make some noise in the division.

It seems that anyone on the staff not named Aaron Cook can get a bloody win!  and the defense has been committing a number of errors lately that just weren't happening last season.

I thought for sure they had wrapped up another L last night, couldn't watch anymore after the 7th, it was really disgusting me, then I come to learn they had a big 8th inning and pull out a win.  For once I am (pleasantly) surprised.

The 8th inning was awesome last night. It was like someone turned on the switch and everything turned on. Outstanding relief pitching also kept them in it. Good start with todays game. De La Rosa gives up a HR to the 1st batter and has been great since that moment. Everyone is hitting today and putting up some early runs. Lets go Rockies and hope last night was the start of something good.
