morning Hawk, LOL - she needs to slow down.

Maybe the trade winds are blowing on Yahoo.

All is great, stop by whenever you wish.

Good Morning LK, Yanks, and Hawkeye,

I'm in serious need of some football chatter so I bring to the Lounge a conversation I'm having on another thread. Which of the following teams Lions, Bears, Panthers, Saints, Bills, Broncos, and Bengals that were 7-9 last year is most likely to make the playoffs and more importantly why?

Here is my comment: Injuries to the Broncos defensive front four severely hampered the defense all season. The signings of D'Brickashaw Ferguson and Boss Bailey shore up the defensive front seven and Darrell Jackson is a fine #2 WR. The keys to success this year are going to be the development of Ryan Clady and the health of Brandon Marshall. Crazy as it sounds (call me a homer if you want to), I see at least 10 wins. Like every team this is assuming no injuries to the starting QB Jay Cutler.

Broncos - I say my Chargers are looking good for the run to the Super Bowl this year.

LK

i believe everyone said that about your Chargers last season too.. wow are you greedy.. LOL

as the Ravens search the remains of the Vikings exploits, the Jets fly high above
the Falcons battle the Seahawks for the next chance to become Titans of the air.
the Giants and the Rams chase the Dolphins out to sea as
the Patriots battle the Redskins for the all of the Bills. The Raiders, meantime,
watch the 49ers destroy the land the Broncos have called home for years with
the Colts having to run from Buccaneers. The Chargers chase the Lions and the
Bears hide from the Saints who have begun to enjoy listening to the Cardinals sing.

the Browns and the Texans work with the Cowboys to rid the world of Packers who
use old time boxes on the Panthers. the Steelers maintain the strength of many
Bengals and Jaguars who watch Eagles soar over the head of many Chiefs.

What's up everyone.

I say that the Saints will make a run to the playoffs this year.  Last season was a fluke and I think it is about time for Reggie Bush to step up his game.  If Drew Brees stays healthy and Duece McAllister runs well coming back from injury, the Saints will win the NFC south this year.
