cassels, I realize that the mortgage/real estate industry is in shambles... but people need to refi more than ever and I know plenty of Real Estate Agents that make boat loads of money.... It depends on the company you work for

So what osubob was really trying to say was this just now:
Cassells people need to get a better mortage rate because they were too dumb to read the find print when they bought that Adjustable Rate mortage that after 2 years went from 6% to 10%? Also cassells I thank Ben B at the fed for keeping me having a job and trying to save the banks and investment bank firms from bankruptcy by lowering rates faster than anyone has ever done before. While in the mean time while ben b was saving all those soccer moms and bankers in those big huge houses, the middle class, the supermarket and the gas tank were all hit to save a bunch of rich GREEDY losers. Thanks ben b for all the inflation you created and by the way devaluing our dollar while you are at it.
