The following ESPN show that the Browns have the lowest pool to pay rookies, which isn't unexpected considering their positon in this years draft.  Of course that means we have 5 guys vying for a decent payday. Does anybody know whether URFAs are exempted from this pool by virtue of getting the NFL minimum?
