	Willie definitely has lost a step, and it was evident when he had Big Ben in his sights during the Steelers game in Pitt last year, and he could not keep the angle up to bring him down. What he can provide is being a mentor for the younger players, and he can instruct them as a player to a player on the work that goes into being an effective pass rusher. I wish him well as he starts his last season.
