I'm definitely sold, Islefan. I love the job that Ted has done, and I don't know if there is really anything bad anyone can say about it. I'm glad to hear that he's finally realized DP can't be playing 75 games a year...much though DP would like to, with the injuries it's fairly clear that he's simply not built to play that many.
What I'm particularly impressed with is that he seems to be a coach that produces water from stones...I think a lot of guys on this team look better than they actually are because of the job he does. He's also pretty friendly with the media, and says the right things at the right time.
I think he deserves something on the order of a three year extension. I think with this team starting to play younger guys, consistency is going to be key with the coaching staff.
