People are missing the bigger picture here. The materials pertaining to the Patriots videotaping were destroyeed on Goodell's orders. FIne em, dock em a pick, destroy the evidence and this all blows over. Now, there are more videotapes...do these just get destroyed too? I think not.
With Arlen Spector looming in the distance and his repeated requests to see the tapes, there is no way the commish can destroy them. The NFL and its antitrust exemption could be at stake. Make no mistake, tthe "we knew that we already saw that" spin isnt gonna play this time. Regardless of how inane or incriminating the tapes may or may not be, I as a fan feel that I should be able to view them....I spend money on the NFL, and up until now I have never had a problem dropping the money for the NFL ticket, tickets to games, merchandise etc etc
