i'll be flying to baltimore to see the four game series vs the Orioles(may 30,31; june 1and 2nd). anyboy else in Red Sox nation planning to see those games? if you are, and you haven't been to Baltimore, I have some ideas for you. Lexington Market, in downtown Baltimore, not too far from Oriole park is amazing. under one roof are over 250 restaurants, foods shops. etc. Crabcakes and softshell crabs are local favorites. a word of warning: watch your wallets in that neighberhood; go during the day. another must see is Boog Powell's Barbeque, on Eutaw(prounced Utah)st. ;between the rear enterance to oriole Park, and the B and O Wharehouse .a can't miss! just be patient. you might stand in line a while, but the food is worth the wait. on the menu-huge boneless barbeque beef, and beef sandwiches.i repeat..A CAN'T MISS. the espnzone on pratt street;there's a Hard rock cafe. transportation-light rail has a stop at oriole park. if your staying in a baltimore suburb, near BWI, light rail is just the ticket. any questions-when you get to baltimore, look up rapid transit in the yelllow pages. btw, trains run, i believe, up to 1:30 am, toward bwi .in regard to boogs barbeque, the sox will be playing a short two game set in baltimore early next week, if you watch the games, and you see smoke riseing in back of centerfield, that's from Boog's Barbeque.....Happy Trails:)
