yup....thats 2 in a row.......after James Shields complete game 1 hitter on friday Scott Kazmir, Trever Miller, Dan Wheeler and Troy Percival combine on a 3 hitter to shut out the Angels once again.......i know i know Yankees fans...were just the Rays....i realize that rasner, hughes, igawa and kennedy are far better pitchers than anyone in our rotation right now....because you've told us sooo many times....we might as well trade Jake McGee, Wade Davis, jeff nieman and David Price now while the market is up for non yankee starting pitching prospects.......but it makes you wonder doesnt it.....lol.

indeed he does.....as does James Shields to Phil Hughes....and Scott Kazmir to Ian Kennedy...andy sonnanstine isnt even a pimple on darryl rasner...and we all know Kei Igawa is the best 60 million dollar pitcher in baseball..im just enjoying it while its early....we will be lucky not to finish 20 games behind the Yankees and thier superior talent...........

I'm not sure what you're out to prove here. It looks to me like you can't enjoy the good pitching and wins by the Rays because of a Yankees inferiority complex.
Try spending more time enjoying your own team, than knocking other teams.

Gobo, you shouldn't critic my statements if you obviously don't know me. I've been posting for almost a month and a half now, and ask anyone on the boards who knows me if I just knock other teams. Of course I comment on the Red Sox and other teams too, but I don't knock them for the sake of knocking. I have nothing against fans of other teams joining in in a Yankees discussion, but there's a big difference between a discussion and someone trying to knock on a team.
There's nothing better than discussing sports, and baseball in general. Maybe look back through my posts before making an off hand comment.

No one can argue it, if not this year next year at the latest. The Rays are going to be a royal pain in the arse for the foreseeable future. I still think they need another bat, but they have the talent down there to go out and get it...
ding ding ding.....we have a winner.....face it folks you cant make fun of me or any rays fan anymore.....if you do we will 1 hit and 3 hit you in back to back nights.....too bad we dont have guys like Jake McGee, Wade Davis, Jeff Niemann and David Price in the minors...or a shortstop like Reid Brignac.....than we would really be a handfull.....(what bob...we have those guys?)........yes..(well dont we already have five good starters?).....yes buccs you do....(huh....what are we going to do with them?)....rule 5a-7.6 says all surplus rays players must be traded to the Yankees for Kei Igawa Phil Hughes Ian Kennedy and any other cant miss yankees prospect that comes along......(man we almost had em......)

Wow Buccs, you have a serious problem. Why can't you just enjoy your team? I'd love to talk about the success of the Rays, but not with someone who cares more about the Yankees than his own team. You're going on every thread and trying to knock Yankees fans. Take a deep breath and try to enjoy your team.

You obviously haven't read his posts, he keeps bringing in the Yankees and their fans in every thread I've seen him on tonight. I have no problem with someone enjoying his team's success, but that's not the way to do it. Looks like an inferiority complex.

Who's rating seems to have gotten to his head? I never mentioned ratings...on the other hand, if that's what you think proves something about a poster (ratings) , I've learned something in a month and a half that it seems you haven't.
