By this logic we'll add 10 to Kyle Bolers stats which will give him a passer ranking of 81.9, and subtract 10 from Tom Brady that would give him a passer ranking of 82.9. Hey what do you know Tom Brady's passer ranking is only 1.0 better than Kyle Boller's
Um....I'm not sure if you realize this, but that's not even remotely close to what I did. You wanted to claim that Peyton Manning is better because he is more consistent than Tom Brady. I proved you wrong (as far as the consistency...Manning being better as an opinion that I'm sure I couldn't convince you otherwise of), showing that Tom Brady's quarterback rating by year deviates from his average less than Peyton Manning does.
As for Kyle Boller, he's been fairly consistent. His rookie year he had a 62.4 for a rating, and every year he threw at least 250 attempts his rating was in the low to mid 70s. He did have a 104 in 2006, although he only threw 55 passes. If you wanted to include him, I'd say even HE is more consistent than Peyton Manning. The difference, of course, is Boller is consistently mediocre (his TD/INT difference is 1 or 2 EVERY year, with some going more TDs and some going more INTs) and Manning going between great and very good.
Of course, I've since accepted that you have problems understanding statistics so I'm prepared for this to go in one ear and out the other.
