LOL I have to agree with baby G on this one. I have had my fair share of death threats on this site from obsessed stalkers who suck almost as much as tiger. One time I even went to go meet a physco to teach them a lesson but as I suspected they didn't show. I am sure baby g and shak remember chucky cheese stix.... I have had people threaten to get me fired for things i have said on here. (I am not always as nice as I am with #8051) I even have a couple stalkers with ids here that have my picture as their avatar and they got it from other websites.
I do have to admit that stalkers are fun sometimes and I may have been guilty of stalking a little bit in the past myself. Its all fun and games until someone gets banned and angry LOL.
But for those people who stay away from controversy there isn't much harm in a photo, if you are an obnoxious jerk like me then it is probably best to keep your personal stuff personal.
and, I almost forgot....... TIGER SUCKS!

I have heard it said that everyone has a double. I have seen persons that look like someone I know. And , I am sure that all of you have experienced the same thing. I think as iho does, it would be hard to go to a city and find the exact person from a photo.
Not everyone will be as good looking as iho. Thats life!!

The whole wide world [www] is a very dangerous place these days. Violence everywhere......not just in America. These badhats now fly all over the world to do their stuff....we have guys flying in from as far as South America to Asia to do their stuff and then fly off.
I will change my AVATAR....perhaps borrow IHOs.....all of us can do that....the NEOs....on these threads.
For me, it is quite safe.....1 billion Chinaman look-alikes.....all over the globe....don't post a big one like George GONOS or Steve Elling......

CAse in point. When the RyderCup was played at Oakland Hills Country Club a few years ago ... just a few hundred yards from where I lived in my HighSkOOl years ... and where my PARENTS still live ... a HATER of mine from THIS messageboard THREATENED to pay MY PARENTS a "Visit".
The guy was OBSESSED ... and still IS. The THREATs felt REAL ... and legal actions were taken. The "poster" was waylayed in New York before the RyderCup. Institutionalized.
I had made the MISTAKE of posting "GoolgeEarth" statellite images of my parents' home and Oakland Hills where me and me mates used to "play". This NUTJOB knew EXACTLY where my parents lived. He HATED ME ... and THREATENED a "visit".
I said I was sorry! Geesh. Some people just won't let you forget.
BG has accurately described me above. I am in a better frame of mind today though. They even let me on the computer sometimes ha ha ha...(screechy noise from the movie Psycho playing in background)

LMFAO! That's a picture of me just after my Slim Fast diet. I was feeling pretty confident with my new weight. As you can obviously tell by my form I was also a world class swimmer. The chicks were diggin it...I lost my speedo on this particular dive.

IHO,
we hear ya G.....BUT.......i like to think that most of us are above average intelligence and are in control of our animalistic desires and passions. i know the threat of a stalker, but i also dont think i have offended someone in such a manner as to have him/her travel several hundred miles, to track me down, and TRY to find me in a city of over 400,000 people, hoping, to recognize me from a photo that may, or MAY NOT be me. human nature and all.

My face recognition software is not top of the line but it did help me find Waldo.

Only thing, I can't figure out which is the back, and whether it is an eaglet or an octagenarian in flight!
Do you have one when it hits the water......a combined cyclone-tsunami effect.......how many were drowned on that splash?

On the advice of BG, I am playing safe... and will now use this new AVATAR....while I am away....hiding  . These two faces, the younger and older......are the same.....a cartoon of JD....young and recent.....after the British Open........and the next......years later. Flipped over...they are are same..... ....I am off till early June.
IHO......please look after this thread...........while I am away....!!
