We have had the most surprising or improved team threads, now lets hear who we think will be the most dissapointing. I have to go with one of the BigEast teams, the conference having 4 very good then about 6 good teams, there is not much leverage there. I'll vote WVU.

You're nuts Trespac, Notre Dame is one of the four schools out of Syr, Pitt, ND and UConn.

I'll say the most disappointing team this year will be Duke, I'm not saying it to be mean and I actually respect what Duke fans on here actually have to say but no way will they win close to 30 games this year. I don't know how they did it last year, but I don't see that happening this year.

I expect Notre Dame to fall substantially short of their pre-season expectations. I think they'll win one game in the NCAA Tournament, then bow out in the Round of 32. Marquette's still ranked on the strength of their returning guards, but they lost Crean, and they lack any genuine threat in the post.

hmmm, thats an interesting comment...im just gonna guess that what u r trying to say is that they seem to exceed expectations, since the last 2 years they were picked in the pre-season to finish at the bottom of the BE, only to end up surprising a lot of people and winning Mike Brey back-to-back COY awards. And now that they lose 1 starter, the 4th most important starter, u r going to doubt them? please give me one good reason, just one, to support your point

Unless Harangody has an outside shot all of a sudden then ND MAY not be as good as projected. This past season Harangody was a huge surprise, now everyone knows about him and I think that unless he added some major moves his production will go down.

Teams eventually knew about him, so obviously they started to make a game plan around him to try and stop him, so I think he'll still be as effective as last year.

True Mike but he had at least about a 15 game head start. I doubt he'll be as effective, considering how many calls he got and how "stale" his game was.

I agree that he is a flopper , but I see a lot of that in the NCAA.
