I was born in 1980 so I have enjoyed three decades of New York Jets football...So 3 decades of tossing out players names!!!

1980s...Freeman McNeil (The main reason I became a Jets fan) followed by Mark Gastineau!!!
1990s...Curtis Martin followed by Victor Green!!!
2000s...Curtis Martin followed by Kerry Rhodes!!!

Curtis Martin is my favorite Jets player of All-Time!!!!

70s - Mr P.A.T. Leahy

80s - Joe Klecko

90s - Wayne Chrebet

00s - Leon Washington

1990s: Curtis Martin.

2000s: Curtis Martin and Kerry Rhodes. My favorite player now is Kerry Rhodes.

Curtis Marting is certainly my favorite no doubt.  You cant top C-MART. Its sad to see the way his career ended but he always showed up and kept his mouth shut.  I remember the Jets and Bengals at Giants stadium when he rushed for 197 yards.  He was just so good.  I will love that guys for life. 

I thought Vilma was my favorite now but i guess he wasnt tennebaums favorite.  I love MLB's so David Harris will prolly fill my heart with joy!

1980s: Al Toon (will be my avatar if my rating gets high enough).  Solid posession receiver capable of the big play and also a ballet dancer! Not as exciting as Welsey Walker but extremely dependable.

1990s: I didn't follow football or any sports.

2000-01: Vinny Testaverde for the big comeback in the Monday Night Miracle.

2002-06: I'd have to go with Chad Pennington because of a few things. 2002-3: took over the reigns from Vinny and led the Jets on an impressive playoff run when the Hackett offense was at it's peak. This culminated with a dominating win over Indy in the wildcard. 2004-05: on and off season, but a memorable play against the Chargers in the wildcard, hooking up with Santana Moss on the long bomb  - arm strength problem? what arm strength problem? and in 2006-07: comeback player of the year and a surprising wildcard playoff berth.

Now  - this is just personal favorites at the time. The best overall player for the Jets was easily Curtis Martin in the last decade. 

2007-08: The best overall player right now is likely either defensive back - Rhodes or Revis: two of the top in league at their positions.

80's got to be toon

90's  a tie between mo leiws, victor green, ray lucas

00' s was john aberham, but i must say im really digging Kellen Clemens.
