	Are we counting Philly out of this already? They haven't even played at home yet! Don't count your {enguins before they hatch, Pittsburgh! I still think the Pens will win this series, but I think Detroit is just too good everywhere. They have the goaltending, the dominant defense, the depth, and the overpowering offensive weapons. I don't hink it will be a 4-0 series win for the Red Wings, but I think they will win in 6 games. Another Cup in the D!!!

	It doesn't really matter who the Eastern Conference team is. The Detroit Red Wings are the best team in the NHL, period. No offense to either the Flyers or Penguins, but, against Detroit, you would be overmatched. The New York Giants already used up all the cinderella magic this year. The Detroit Red Wings are just better.

	No, we can't count Philly out, but losing their two top defensemen and PP leader gives them a tough row to hoe.I am hoping so much for a Red Wings-Pens matchup simply because of friends and family. The matchup hasn't become a reality yet but the trash talk began before the first round started. I mentioned on another thread about the Red Wings being the first thing I saw on the first TV I ever saw in 1948 in St Clair Shores. The Pens to this point are 10 and 1. Less than 2 GPG. PK among the best and the same for their PP. They have two of the most productive lines in all hockey and decent 3rd and 4th lines. Fleury is young but no slouch. I hope the competition happens. It would/will be a great Cup series.

	I think a lot of people are going to be surprised when the Penguins easily handle Detroit for the cup. It may go to 6 games, again, may, but it will be the Pens drinking from the cup. Expect Pgh. to have more trouble finishing off the Flyers than handling Detroit. See the future!
