Apparently he is very intelligent and is picking up the playbook very fast....

Yeha I think it is a battle for the # 3 back behind Willis and Ray Rice.  Who do you think we will keep between Cory Ross, P.J. Dainells, and Alvin Parker (I think thats his name, we drafted him in the 7th round this past year)

Ross impressed me at the end of last season with his limited carries but I imagine Rice will get the bulk of the backup duties. Rice on the gametape is like a less powerfull Mojo and has a nice quick cutback.

P.J Daniels, I dont know, he just seems like a journeyman. Ive never ever seen him play.

Quick check: P.J Daniels has never had a single carry. Injured reserve last year.

OT:Speaking of injured reserve, why havent we released Dan Cody?

I dont think we can release Dan Cody until we see him play, I can understand not resigning him if he was in the last year of him deal but as long as he is under contract I say keep him

I agree lets see what Cody can bring to the table this season if he pans out like he was projected we could have a gem. If not we release him next season. As for RR I like his style of running he has great vision and if you watch his film he has a good good sense of when to cut back which is more important than speed in our style of running.

Cody has played two games in three years. 1 career tackle. In 3 years. Hes 26 already.

It doesnt make sense to me.

Dude we took in the 7th was Allen Patrick from oklahoma. i believe he was a special teams pick, not a rb pick, and i think he has good speed.

cody will be gone soon, waste of a roster spot unfortunately.

i think we will keep both ross and daniels, but i dont know for sure....

The only problem Ray Rice may have is that his college OL over the past 2 years may be better then the Raven's OL.
