I'm in class and bored so im just coming up with something. It's a boring thread but theres nothing else to talk about.
Out of these teams who will have the most success and be the bigger surprise.
Explain.
I'm going with the Browns i believe they are going to have another great year and make the play-offs.

I'm going with the Dolphins. Even if they only win 2 games, that's twice as good as they did last year.
But seriously I think the Dolphins will win somewhere between 4-6 games this year, a show of good faith that they are rebuilding in the right direction.
I also expect the Rams to improve a good deal over their injury riddled season last year.

Im going with the Cardinals. They have been ignored since I can remember. They have been slowly getting better and they have a franchise receiver, a franchise quarterback, and a solid runningback in James. The defense has been slowly getting better too.
With the weak divison they are in I think they will make the playoffs this year and surprise a lot of people.

I'm going with the Rams.
The Cardinals had a mediocre year last year and were in the playoff race for quite a while. So it wouldn't surprise me to see them have a 10 win season or so (if they can get their QB situation figured out.)
The Browns are my favorite AFC team, and they had a 10-6 season..which again is not great, but respectable. So it wouldn't be a suprise if they go a long way this year too.
The Dolphins aren't slated to do much, and i don't think they will. Henne will be a respectable QB...but not franchise material. Their running game should be good as well, but their lines are atrocious. I am willing to bet they will 5-6 games. Not really a suprise either.
Hahaha no one voted for the Raiders..maybe that's cause people have voted for the raiders for the past 5 years and nothing has come of it. I think they'll have a .500 season. Nothing great, but nothing atrocious.
The Falcons i see as another canidate for the suprise team...but i just think they have lost too much talent and too much faith in their team. A couple years ago this was a playoff team and Michael Vick was ontop of his game..now, they're starting a rookie QB.
The Jets...suck. I hardly ever see anything good coming out of the Jets organization. I could be wrong, but i think 2006 was just a feel good year for them. Chad Pennington was an okay quarterback..but not good. Now with all the distractions..it's gonna be hard for them to take the next step and become a contender.
The Rams however, really haven't lost much in the off-season. They did lose Isaac Bruce and Brandon Chillar to Free Agency, and Torry Holt keeps bringing up how he wants to leave after his tenure there...but he's a true team player, not a distraction. They have both a franchise back in Steven Jackson and a franchise QB in Marc Bulger. If both can stay healthy, with a healthy team surrounding them...this should be the comeback team of the year!

The wording here makes it difficult to pick one team off this list.
I expect the Dolphins (with 'tuna, haha ) to improve, maybe even 5 Ws, but that would not be suprising.
The Cardinals have been improving as mentioned but also are pretty good at disappointing; anything from 6-10 to 10-6 would not suprise.
I think the Rams last season was an anomalie and they will be back, to 9-7 or even 10-6 given their weak division and the schedule a 3-13 team gets.
Many expect the Browns to be playoff material this season as do I. I think they beat the Steelers (once anyway), but lose a couple they shouldn't. Prediction 10-6 again, this time getting the Wild Card.
As for the Raiders, Jets, and Falcons, can't see any of them doing much better than last season. Conclusion, I didn't vote.
Now, if you say which team will be the biggest suprise, I'd guess the Falcons. Even though (or because) they are as bad as it gets in the NFL, I think they resort to playing like an overmatched college team, using trick plays, strange formations, etc and somehow win 3 or 4 only to have it cost them next year's top pick. As for the most successful team, assuming I'm right above I think the Browns could actually win a Wild Card game.

misfit,
If you are saying you expect the Rams to have the most success of any team listed I guess I can see that logic. The Cardinals couldn't manage to get over the hump last year even with the Rams and Niners both in a sorry state, so I don't know how they do so this year... The Rams have things (division, schedule) in their favor for a nice season if the injury bug stays away. As I posted though, them improving, even getting back in the playoff hunt shouldn't be that big a suprise.
