I just don't get it.  I'm not taking away from the Flyers because they played a great game last night.  But why is it our smallest guy has been our best enforcer this series?  Tyler Kennedy seems to be the only Penguin that remembers how to throw down.  Georges Laraque is our enforcer.  That's why we got him in the first place.  Ryan Malone took a beat down by Darrien Hatcher at the end of the game, then Richards starts taking liberties with his stick on Sidney Crosby with 14.9 seconds left in the game.  Where's Georges Laraque?  i don't remember him dropping the gloves one time in the playoffs.  Therrien benched him after game 1 against Ottawa last year for not protecting our guys.  If Gary Roberts didn't have pneumonia, somebody would have been swallowing their teeth.  The Flyers aren't going to lay down and give us the fourth win, we're going to have to FIGHT to win the series and move on to the finals.

GO PENS!

Laraque has been on the ice this whole playoff season, I seen him in every game against the Cryers, I mean Flyers...LOL, and he has been out there hitting, pushing and getting other guys from Philly faces.

Just because he's not dropping the gloves everytime he hits the ice doesn't mean he's not out there doing what he was brought here to do, trust Laraque will throw down with one of the Flyers soon enough, right when game 5 is almost over and the Pens have the game well in hand... LETS GO PENS... OH MICHAEL, MICHAEL, MOTORCYCLE

I'm not saying he's not playing a physical game.  I'm saying why are people like Tyler Kennedy dropping the gloves and he isn't.  Sid shouldn't even have been on the ice down 4-2 with 15 seconds left, but he was.  Flyers take liberties, send out the muscle and set the tone for game 5. Also, Laraque only played less than 4 minutes in game 4.  All I am saying is use him for the policeman he was brought here to be and protect our players.  We all expected game 1 to be a fight fest right at the drop of the puck and never came to be.  You can't let the Flyers think they can push the Penguins around without retaliation or they will do it more and more and build their confidence.  This series isn't over until the fourth win and the longer it goes on, the higher risk for injury to our players going into the finals.  Let's get it done at the igloo sunday and advance to the cup finals.

GO PENS!

No he's gonna be better, if not already better. Kennedy may be on a top line next year and dupuis may move down. I wonder where laraque has been. I would expect ruutu, roberts, gonchar, or him to come to crosby's aid (well anyone would those are the guys that come to mind first).

sorry but i only kind of agree. from what i seen the physcial play has been pretty clean. and if the Flyers take liberties or penaltys  the PP has to make them pay. congrat on the win last nite flyers. now sunday we need to put them away.   GO PENS

True enough... not sure what Therrien was thinking... he did make mention of the 5-3 that was called during the last scrum, but never happened??? but we need to enforce our will on the likes of Hatcher and Richards... Hatcher needs to get his, the talent is gone, the grittiness is gone, he is a cheapshot artist...

Whewre was the Ruutu, Laraque, Kennedy line for the last 13 seconds... you think you can bully us??? not on Sunday... we need to blast those Cryers (I like that) and if Biron keeps chirping, we need to run that SOB too...

I think if Malkin realizes that he will be protected, he can get back to his game and quit trying to run everybody...

I'm sorry, but I fail to see how a smaller guy(Richards) could be considered "taking liberties" on a bigger player(Crosby).  Sure, Crosby is only slightly bigger, but still, "taking liberties"?  That would be like Laraque beating on Kapanen, or even Malone trying to beat on Upshall.  Wait that actually happened!  So who's taking liberties?  Give me a break.  Laraque has been a huge nonfactor in this series.

I didn't see the Flyers putting out "muscle" at the end of game 4.  Richards' line is considered "muscle"?  Therrien's an idiot for putting Crosby out there.  Don't take it from me though, take if from Don Cherry, who bashed that decision by Therrien on ESPN.
